Coolest Bratz Dolls for Holiday Gifts

The coolest and funky fashion Bratz dolls from MGA Entertainment have really become a hit with all the young girls today! Very fashionable and trendy, these dolls are for the in crowd! Bratz dolls are great holiday gifts for little girls and even older girls (teens who love play dress up etc).

What these Bratz Dolls are all about anyway? My girl is crazy about them and many of her little girl-friends. They even know their names, especially the ones who enter Indonesia like Jade, Yasmin, Sasha, and Chloe. Jade is a cool person, Yasmin is an independent girl, Sasha is cool, hiphop, and funky, and Chloe is the one who act or feel like a queen.

Bratz is a popular line of fashion dolls and related merchandise designed by Carter Bryant and manufactured by southern California toy company MGA Entertainment.They are teenagers distinguished by large heads and skinny bodies, almond-shaped eyes adorned with eyeshadow, and lush, glossy lips. Well, they seem pretty okay for me, but I personally not agree if my child is dress up like them. At least, not now.

There are ten dolls of Bratz (Meygan, Dana, the twins Phoebe and Roxxi, Fianna, and Sabina) actually, but the first four are original Bratz from 2001. There are also Bratz Boys for your wonder or mine. All together love to go picnic, skiing, and do all teens activities. Almost the same as Barbie, Bratz dolls also have their houses, Bratz Pad, vehicles, and many more.

Popularity bring them controversy too. Like the criticism has been leveled at the labor conditions under which the dolls are manufactured in China. As we all know that labor-fee in China is very low so are their welfare.
There was also a serious concern about the sexualization of the dolls' clothing and its effect on children. Some of the Bratz characters dress in what is perceived by some as a provocative manner by the American Psychological Association. Latest controversy was the claimed from Mattel to MGA Entertainment for the intellectual property rights. Mattel accused a former doll designer of selling his Bratz ideas to another company while employed by them.

According to wikipedia, the jury found in favor of Mattel and awarded them $100 million; $10 million for MGA's copyright infringement and $90 million for their breach of contract. After the verdict, Mattel filed for a permanent injunction against MGA, to stop them from making and selling Bratz and to dispose of all Bratz-related marketing materials. The superior court judge granted the injunction, but enforcement of the injunction has been stayed until at least the end of 2009, while MGA appeals the decision

Bratz Dolls coloring paper for kids are my favorite. I can download them and ask my child to coloring the sheets. It make her more creative with her imagination. She could arrange her own favorite colors and she enjoys the activity so much.
