If you'd like to burn more calories during exercise, beside making the right movement, there are several ways to burn calories more.

This is quite simple and, if it applied routinely will be able to burn more than 60% of calories in your body. Of course it will effect on the formation of muscle and body weight loss. Here's how :

1. Drink Cold Water
During exercise or jogging you may feel thirsty. Drink cold water instead of warm one. According to some researches in England, if you drink a cold water during exercise, you will work out 25% longer. While exercise, try to bring cold drinks to accompany you. Cold drinks can also lower your body temperature that rise because of the sport.

2. Swing Your Hands.
When walking or running always swing your hands as maximum as possible. By swinging your elbow to 90 degrees during the exercise will burn calories 15% more.

3. Listening Music While Moving
This is my favorite and simple way to move and have a great time. I don't care if I just typing, cooking, or running. If I did it while listening to my favorite music it feels more enjoyable and the good news is if you listen to your favorite music during exercise, it helps you move longer and will burn the calorie 20% more.

4. Add some Burden
   

Another simple way to burn calories more is using burden. While running you can bring a drink bottle filled with water or dumbbell that is adjusted to the strength of your hand (for example, 2 kg).

When running, you can also carry the load by hand or using back pack filled with the load. This will burn calories 25% more than if you do not carry the burden. If you ever watched Kung Fu movies, that's how the Shao Lin Monks ever practice, they carried burden in their feet, hands, and back. This technique will make they move faster and lighter.

5. Outdoor Sport
Try to exercise more often outside the room. Beside you get fresh air, you can also burn calories 10% more. Research shows that when someone is running or do outdoor sports with people who use the Treadmill with the same speed. Outdoor activities and sport can be really fun too.
