Healthy with Fruit and Vegetable Juice

Back-to-nature life style has become trend in society who really want to have a healthy life. If our diet is bad, we may facing many kind of diseases, and good diet will definitely make our body healthy and fit.
Many people in big town like Jakarta are super busy, they used to consume fast foods and instant foods. Their habit plus stress will damage their health, because most fast foods and instant foods contain a lot of preservatives, coloring, flavoring. high-fat, high-protein, lots of sugar and salt but low in fiber.
Those instant foods will stimulate degenerative diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart, stroke, obesity, and finally cancer. So, the best thing is to increase fruits and vegetables intake as the source of vitamins, essential minerals, micro nutrition that most important for our body.
Most people understand that fruits and vegetables also contain high antioxidants that can change the body's cells into immune system to fight free radicals that will cause many diseases. Most of antioxidant food source has to be consumed raw and fruit juice or vegetable juice is the most suitable. Fruits and vegetables juice are easy to digest and they will be absorbed in blood system and body's gland right away.
Fruit and vegetable juice benefits
Here are some of mix fruits and vegetables juices and the benefit :
1. Apple + Cucumber + Celery juice : To prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol and stomach ache, and also headache prevention.
2. Apple + Carrots + Ginger Juice: Improving and cleaning the digestive system.
3. Apple + Carrots + Tomatoes Juice : To prevent skin damage and reduce bad-breath.
4. Apple + Bitter melon + Fresh milk Juice : To prevent bad-breath, reduce body-heat.

Thanks, Febriedethan, I love juicing. I find it hard to eat 7 - 8 servings per day as recommended, but through juicing you can. I know people would think you don't the fiber through juicing as you would just eating the fruits & veggies out right, but I don't loose much fiber and much of the pulp can be reused in cooking.
i love fruits. its also great for healthy desserts if you want to pass with those unhealthy sugary desserts
Making juice from fresh fruit is always the best for you. We grow grapes and make grape juice. Fresh-squeezed orange juice is also a favorite.
@Patricia, yes you're right, it's easier to have 7 to 8 servings of juice per day than plain water.

Juicing is a healthy habit. I use cucumber for more liquid for my juice which commonly consists of apple, orange, carrots. I'm looking for more fruit combination and this is just the right hub for me. Thanks for sharing this. Happy juicing!

My favorite juicer recipe is apples, carrots, and celery. I know pretty basic, but I will recommend it to all people who may be new to juicing.It's easier for the stomach to breakdown, digest, and assimilate foods that have been juiced as opposed to eating solid foods.

I have proven it myself that fruit and vegetable juice is very healthful. I myself always prepare juice for my family members regarding the importance and benefits of those juice. It really works that one glass of juice every day keeps the doctor away.
