The Charming Old Town Stirling in Scotland

Old town Stirling is the most historical old town in Scotland, which also still have old building from 12th centuries and had also been Scotland's capital city. Stirling Castle is located in the center of Stirling city, towering on a hill. This castle was built by King David I in 1130, whose function is to be defense fortress from the enemy attack. One of the most visited tourist location. Another building inside the fort are Royal Chapel, built in 1594 by King James VI, Prince Henry (King James VI son) had baptism in this place. Very simple, if you want to visit Stirling, you may drive from London to Stirling. By air, it can be reached from London to Stirling, or Edinburgh to Stirling, or Glasgow to Stirling.

You may take the train too, from Glasgow to Stirling or Edinburgh to Stirling.

The farthest way is from London to Stirling, it takes about 8 hours by car. But from Edinburgh is just about 50 minutes and 30 minutes from Glasgow.
