Fruits have many benefits to us. I love fruits because it's not only delicious and healthy, fruits also help us to prevent disease. These are some fruits that have great benefits :

Grape
If you would like to have the perfect benefits from grape, choose red grape or brown-black grape. Both kind of grapes contain flavonoids that have important role as antioxidants. You could have a glass of grape juice every morning and you will find that your LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) level or bad cholesterol is under control.
Grape is also rich with Boron mineral that has ability to maintain estrogen level in women blood, so that menopause women will not easily have the osteoporosis.
The fructose level in grape is high enough to help your energy back. Avoid this fruit if you have diabetes mellitus.

Apple
An apple a day keeps the doctor away. That old proverb is right. Apple rich of pectin that great for dietary fiber. Pectin is a natural part of human diet, but does not contribute significantly to nutrition but it's good for your digestive system.
Apple contains of vitamine C, magnesium, iron, silicon, and potassium that great for digestive system and also phosphor, sodium, calcium, sulfur, chlor, vitamine A, B, and G.
The fructose level in apple is low so this fruit is save to consume for diabetic people. Apple is great for woman in her early pregnancy, to avoid morning sickness and to have smooth digestive system.

Mango
This tropical fruit contain many fibers, vitamine A and C, also flavonoids. Mango is great for digestive system, avoid constipation, and in the long term avoid cancer and blood vessel disruption.


Melon
Melon is sweet and rich of vitamine A, B complex, C, potassium, and magnesium. Melon has the ability to make blood vessel free from any toxins, clean the colon, and make our skin smooth, healthy, and bright. Asian people like Japanese, Chinese, or Korean love to consume melon, and look at their skin, they have the most delicate skin I ever seen.

Star Fruit
This tropical fruit contain of many dietary fibers, vitamine A, C, potassium. The taste is extremely sour but great for health. Star fruit can control blood pressure, control cholesterol level, great for your heart and blood vessel and for digestive system. I had personal experience with star fruit, I used to make star fruit juice and my cholesterol level is in control. My granny's blood pressure is high (about 165/90 mmHg) and she starts making fruit star juice for herself, now her blood pressure is getting lower.  

Papaya
This exotic fruit contain of vitamine A, B complex, C, plus karotenoid and potassium (not as much as melon's). But papaya contain of papain, the enzym that helps protein digest. Papaya contain of  fibrin it's a kind of protein that only exist in human and animal.This is great to help in digestive system and blood coagulation free.Papaya also good for people who have gastritis, it helps to reduce the stomach acid level.


Making a Veggies and Fruit Healthy Juice Part I

Banana
Banana contain of vitamine C, potassium, and fructose. The potassium in banana could help balancing the body fluid amount, maintaining blood pressure and heart condition, and also maintaining the muscles work.

Watermelon
Watermelon is the most easy to digest fruit (note : do not mix it with another fruit). This fruit contain vitamine A, B, B2, C, and karotenoid, potassium, and dietary fiber. Watermelon good in reduce free radical, maintain the blood vessel condition, maintain heart condition, reduce bad cholesterol and control the blood pressure.
When you make watermelon juice do not forget to mix the watermelon's inner side (the white parts) in the juice, which rich of enzym, mineral, and chlorophil. If we consume it regularly, it could maintain the kidney's health.

Orange
Orange contain of pectine. You should consume the orange with the pulp also. It great for your digestive system. Orange rich in vitamine A, C, calcium, phosphor which are great in children's bone and teeth forming.
The fructose level is quite high so it should be avoided by people who have diabetes mellitus. The acidicy level is also high, people who have gastritis could not consume this fruit too many.

You could consume fruits in raw condition, or mix it as fruits salad. Make fruits juice and fruits smoothies are also great way to enjoy fruits.
